After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation through the website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
An order is considered confirmed only after we verify the customer details, product availability, & delivery information.
Unkahi reserves the right to cancel any order if the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious.

5. Payment

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. If Cash on Delivery is available, customers are required to provide correct contact & address details.
For online payments, the order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service, public holidays, or unexpected delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Unkahi is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or customer unavailability.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or has a clear manufacturing issue.
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, & returned with original packaging where possible.
Size exchanges depend on stock availability.
Unkahi does not accept returns or exchanges for used, washed, damaged, or altered products.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Unkahi reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, payment failure, or suspicious activity.

All logos, product images, designs, written content, photography, & brand materials on this website belong to Unkahi unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, edit, or use our content without permission.

Unkahi is not responsible for any indirect loss, delay, or damage caused by courier issues, website errors, payment gateway issues, or customer-provided incorrect information.
